Every business has a statutory obligation to produce accounts annually and submit to the relevant authorities, either HM Revenue & Customs or Companies House. This is predominantly the responsibility of the proprietor/director, to ensure that the annual accounts/tax returns are prepared and submitted on time and in an acceptable format. In doing so, many individuals appoint agents (that’s us) to help with their compilation from the books & records submitted to us.
We can help you with your annual obligation and requirements as well as identifying areas in assisting you to minimise your tax liabilities.

Accounts can be seen as a photograph of your business, showing an instance ‘snap-shot’ of your financial position at the period end date. We take the time to explain your accounts and financial position to you so that you understand what is going on financially within your business, this enable you to carefully plan for the future.
